Terms of Service

This Agreement governs your use of Mining at uCrypto.net

  1. By using any of the Pools on the website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Please, read them carefully.
  2. The uCrypto.net staff may modify this Agreement and any policies affecting the Site at any point of time. You should check the terms regularly. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue its use. Your continued use of the Pool following any modification to this Agreement shall be deemed an acceptance of all modifications.
  3. The Pool rewards miners according to a PROP system. That is all miners submit shares, and after the Pool finds a block, the reward is divided proportionally among the miners based on how many shares they submitted in that round.
  4. The charge for mining is about 0.5%, and there are no transaction fees.
  5. Payouts run twice a day. To get the payout you need to reach the minimum amount. The reward isn’t often paid immediately, you should usually wait for the found block to be confirmed. If you get the reward after the block is found that is less than payout threshold it is displayed in “Pending Balance” until the amount reaches the minimum payout.
  6. The Pool is not an e-wallet or a bank for your coins. The Pool and its operators are not responsible for any loss of coins which are stored on the Pool. It is your responsibility to ensure that the coins you mine are regularly transferred to your own wallet, specified in settings.
  7. The uptime of the Pool or Website is not guaranteed, maintenance and downtime may be required at times. Users are responsible for configuring their miners so that they will automatically reconnect, switch to all the Pools we offer or a backup Pool in the case of downtime.
  8. Pool-hopping is regarded by us as an unfair mining method because extra profit of hoppers come at the expense of the continuous miners. That’s why we consider it as the violation of the Pool rules and have the right to block the account and the balance of an offender.
  9. Miners from all countries and of all nationalities are equal for us, that’s why if we observe on the Pool any violation based on national criteria, we may suspend the account of an offender.
  10. As mining is an intensive task for the hardware of your computer (CPU, GPU), the process can cause high costs for electricity. The Pool is not responsible for any such charges.
  11. In an event or circumstance which is beyond the control of Website, including but not limited to acts of Gods, riots, wars, floods, fires, explosion, strikes and other similar events, will not be held liable for any delay, failure or disruption to provide already committed mining Service.
  12. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. uCrypto may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
  13. The Terms of Service control the relationship between uCrypto.net and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
